Greetings Spartan Fans,

Welcome to another exciting year of Spartan athletics!!  The Spartan Booster Club wishes to thank all patrons for their support in the ‘03’ seasons and we look forward to great rewards in ‘04’. With your help last year, we were able to raise over $110,000 to support GAC athletics. The funds we raise combined with dedicated coaching staffs, strong Christian athletes, and a supportive school administration are essential to the success of our programs.

For anyone not familiar with the GACS Athletic Booster Club, let me explain a little about our program.  By design, there is only one Athletic Booster Club at GACS that encompasses all sports.  We volunteer throughout the year to raise money through gate fees, concessions and special events.  This money is used to supplement the tremendous financial support provided by the school administration.  At the end of the year, we ask the coaches to turn in a “wish list” of items they would like that their normal budget may not cover.  The Booster Club meets many of the “wishes”.   Our goal for this year is to contribute $120,000.00. 

Our primary source of revenue is driven from our membership program.  There are four levels of membership.

Spartan Level - $275   This membership level includes passes for 2 adults and all children up through college age to attend all non-tournament home sporting events, a pullover with a Spartan Logo and a Spartan hat.

Century Level - $125   This membership level includes 1 adult pass to attend all non-tournament home sporting events and a Spartan hat.

Associate Level - $35   This membership level enrolls you as a supporting member of the GACS Booster Club.

Faculty Level - $15   This membership level enrolls GACS faculty as supporting members of the GACS Booster Club.

Booster Club membership is not limited to parents of children participating in athletics.   We believe that a strong athletic program compliments the academic program and the other extracurric­ular programs at GACS.  A strong athletic program helps instill school spirit and camaraderie among parents, students and faculty.  For those of you who are new to the school, and those of you who are not new but have not been Booster Club members in the past, we urge you to consider becoming a Booster.

The process for enrolling in the GACS Booster Club involves filling out this advance pre-registration form.  The Athletic Booster Club is asking that you select the membership level of your choice on the pre-registration form enclosed.  IN ADDITION to checking the appropriate level on your pre-registration form, we ask that you fill out the attached “GACS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERSHIP” so we can maintain accurate membership information. This will also help us to ensure the correct premium gifts are distributed to the proper members. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CIRCLE THE CORRECT SIZE WHEN SIGNING UP FOR THE SPARTAN LEVEL MEMBERSHIP!!  No changes in size after submitting form please!! 

We hope that you will take advantage of this pre-enrollment opportunity.  If for some reason you cannot enroll using the pre-registration process, please fill out the form and bring it with you to registration.  We can accept payments at registration but we cannot guarantee the premium gifts will be available on that day, as they will be allocated on a first come basis. We will be placing an additional order if necessary to ensure all members receive their appropriate gift.

The premium gifts that are distributed for SPARTAN and CENTURY level donors will be available at the GAC Athletic Booster Club table on registration day. Please stop by and pick up your gift during this time.
