The baseball team opened its region play with a win over Providence 5-1.  Taylor Wood pitched 6 strong innings and Brent Burrows picked up the win in relief.  Landon Bennett and Taylor Wood both had a good day offensively.  The baseball team plays at Pace Saturday at 1:00.
