Baseball

The V base ball team defeated Ra bun Co. yester day by the score of 15-5.  We play at home to day against Buford at 5:30.

The jv base ball team defeated St. Pius yester day 14-9.  Chris Alston and Hunter Montgomery pitched with Hunter getting the win in relief.  Patrick Hartman led the hitting attack with 3 hits and 2 runs batted in.  Justin Ernest, Louis Brooks, Chris Alston, and Locke Hoover all had two hits for the Spartans.  Regan Rue, Justin Ernest, Stephen Pepper, and Chris Alston also had two runs batted in each.  Chris Alston had an inside-the-park homerun in the first inning to get the Spartans off to a great start.  The jv team has three more games this week:  Thurs day at Wesleyan, Fri day at Westminster, and Satur day at home.
